1.Features:
1) Ultra-light Precision Mounting Head Assembly
8 suction nozzles could fall down to pick the component simultaneously.
The motion upward and downward of each nozzle is driven by fuji Servo motor, the acceleration is up to 4 times than that by Step motor.
Each suction nozzle is driven by separate rotate motor for exact angle and mounting accuracy.
Air filter device stops entries of micro component or impurity into electromagnetic valve for its normal running and long lifespan.
Vacuum detection device for component of each nozzle to indicate the successful suction without recognition camera
2) kuroda Ball Screw and fuji Servo Motor
kuroda High-precision Ball Screw for X and Y axis motion unit, which driven by fuji Servo motors with high power, super acceleration with stable moving speed for reliable and precision mounting.
3) High precision IC Mounting
2 sets of Flight Vision Recognition Camera is built in the machine, and 1 set of high-precision camera for the precision IC with line spacing of 0402, components available: SOP, QFP, QFN and BGA.
